Job Description

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle financial operations and reporting
Handle
Reconciliation and USD Transfers
Oversee
Shipping Accounts
with accuracy and compliance
Lead
Finalisation, GST filings, and Audit processes
Maintain statutory documentation and internal financial controls
Support management with budgeting and financial analysis
Ensure timely MIS reports and financial statements

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Proven experience in shipping or logistics industry finance
Strong understanding of statutory reporting, GST, and audits
Hands-on experience with reconciliation and foreign currency transactions
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
