About the Role: We’re looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join us as a Finance Manager . If you’re detail-oriented, good with numbers, and enjoy leading a team, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports Ensure all tax and accounting compliances (TDS, GST, MSME, etc.) Handle internal and external audits Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving ideas Review costing (plant-wise/product-wise) and improve efficiency Analyze data to support decision-making Lead and guide the finance team for timely deliverables Coordinate with auditors, consultants, plant teams, and legal advisors Stay updated on changes in tax and compliance rules What We’re Looking For: Qualified CA with 2–3 years of experience Based in Mumbai Strong knowledge of tax laws, financial reporting, and compliance Experience with Tally, SAP, or other ERP software Prior experience in manufacturing/plant operations is a bonus Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Experience: Manufacturing: 3 years (Required) Tally: 3 years (Required) Financial planning: 3 years (Required) Financial accounting: 3 years (Required) Financial analysis: 3 years (Required) Financial modeling: 3 years (Required) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
