Joint documentation of Consortium banks. Strong relationship with lenders, stakeholders, promoters and rating agencies Co-ordinating regulatory filings with the ROC, RBI, FEMA and other authorities, including event-based and annual filings. Liaising with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and legal professionals for corporate compliance matters.
