Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at our university in Amaravati, your role involves developing and managing the annual budget in collaboration with departments. You will be responsible for monitoring budget performance, providing variance analysis, and supporting long-term financial planning and sustainability strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders - Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decisions - Assisting with financial presentations to the Board of Trustees, executive leadership, and auditors - Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and university policies - Coordinating internal and external audits and facilitating the implementation of recommendations - Managing financial aspects of research funding, grants, and contracts - Ensuring compliance with donor and grantor financial requirements - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial reporting standards - Supervising finance team members and ensuring professional development - Fostering cross-department collaboration on financial matters - Providing financial training or guidance to non-financial staff, faculty, and administrators - Overseeing the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools - Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA Finance/B.Com/M.Com/CA-Inter If you wish to be a part of our non-teaching job category and contribute to our university's financial management, please apply before the deadline on November 30, 2025.,
