Job Description

Posting business transactions, invoice processing, verifying financial data for use in maintaining records. Clarifying questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures. Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment process Perform reconciliations including supplier and credit card reconciliations Work closely with our Recruitment partners to resolve any queries Ad-hoc reporting as required Liaise with third-party payment gateways to resolve payment issues as/when required. Drive new improvements to the current payment process to enhance efficiency Key Stakeholders Finance Team Adventus team members Vendors / Suppliers About you A Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, financial management and other related majors More than 5 years of financial related work experience in AP or AR. Be logical thinker, with good problems solving skills The ability to work autonomously with good communication skills and a team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate or higher skills with Excel. Ability to build good relationships with vendors and suppliers Familiarity with Google Suite. It s awesome, but not required, if you have Experience with Oracle Netsuite would be a bonus, but not essential If you have an understanding of the international student recruitment industry that would be highly valued Your Environment You will be working in a highly collaborative environment at Adventus.io.
