Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining financial records and supporting documentation.
Support in accounts payable/receivable and data entry in accounting systems.
Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with bank reconciliations and vendor invoice processing.
Coordinate with internal departments for expense and budget tracking.
Support during internal and external audits.
Help in maintaining and organizing finance documents and files.
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the department.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Educational Qualification:

Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or equivalent course.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
