This is a full-time Finance Intern role at Rentickle located in Gurugram. The Finance Intern will assist in analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and communicating financial information within the organization. This role will be on-site, providing hands-on experience in the day-to-day finance operations of the company. Key Responsibilities. Document ManagementScan, organize, and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts. Ensure that all documents are categorized and stored properly for easy retrieval and compliance purposes. GST & TDS LearningLearn and assist with the practical application of GST and TDS regulations. Gain exposure to how these taxes are calculated, reported, and deducted, and assist in preparing related documents. Early Closure CalculationsAssist in the calculation and analysis of early closures for loans, investments, or financial agreements. Help the team assess the financial impact of early closures, such as interest savings or penalties. Data Entry & AnalysisInput financial data into spreadsheets or financial software, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist in basic financial analysis to support the finance team. Support Financial ReportingAssist in preparing reports for management, including tax calculations, TDS deductions, and other financial data. Collaborative LearningParticipate in finance team meetings, learning opportunities, and training sessions to enhance your understanding of financial operations. Miscellaneous Finance SupportAssist the finance department with various tasks as needed, including administrative duties or special projects
