Finance Intern

As a Finance Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team with various tasks. Your responsibilities will include the following: - **Email Management:** - Handle and organize incoming and outgoing emails related to client finance enquiries. - Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on client communications. - Maintain an updated record of all correspondence for audit and tracking purposes. - **Deals Management (Zoho CRM):** - Save and update contact information for new and existing clients in Zoho CRM and perform other basic tasks. - Assist in the preparation and documentation of financial deals. - Ensure all client and deal data are accurate and up to date. - **Client Communication:** - Make follow-up and courtesy calls to clients at various stages of the finance process. - Gather feedback and provide updates on application status. - Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all client interactions. - **Administrative Support Tasks:** - Support the finance team in documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation. - Help with financial data entry and verification tasks as assigned. - Assist team members with updating the sheets and in coordination between clients, lenders, and internal teams. - **Basic Understanding of Finance Processes:** - Learn the end-to-end finance workflow, including enquiry handling, documentation, verification, submission, approval, and settlement. - Gain knowledge of compliance requirements and documentation standards within the finance process. - Develop familiarity with financial statements, deal summaries, and reconciliation basics. **Qualifications Required:** - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Zoho CRM is an advantage. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
