Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and support the financial performance of the BU, prepare short term and long term forecasts to achieve financial objectives, in line with BU objectives.
Develop annual and future business plans and estimates in consultation with Sales & Marketing function and other stakeholders.
Review working capital requirements, cash flow data, business plan; and manage fund raising in consultation with legal entity CFO.
4. Assess all dependencies, resources, services etc., market trends, and competitor pricing to validate pricing, monitor changes in processes that may impact the cost, suggest cost-reducing solutions.
Consolidation of MIS such as Plant performance, Variance Analysis, Capex performance analysis, Inventory...
Ensuring timely analysis and reporting to Management of financial performance of organization,
Identifying actionable items for profit maximisation and regular monitoring till conclusion
Preparation Annual Budget, Monthly/ Qtrly forecasting of P&L, Cash flow and highlighting actionable area
Representation of Finance in Cross functional projects
Ensure making available relevant data to management as and when required in time bound manner
Managing Qtrly and Annual Financial report as per requirement also managing Audits with minimum observation.
