We are looking for a Finance Executive who is diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting processes, proficiency in Tally and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.
• Generate GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and raise Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with relevant departments.
• Follow up for Proforma Invoices (PI) from vendors.
• Manage job work orders and ensure proper recording of manufacturing conversion entries.
• Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and debit notes as per requirement.
• Assist in maintaining vendor and customer ledgers.
• Support monthly closing and audit-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Com Graduate
• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally (mandatory)
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills
• Preferred Candidate: Male candidate preferred for this role

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
