Role: Finance Executive Location: Mohali Experience:4-5 Years Shift : CST (Onsite) We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial data, generating insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate analysis. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Generate financial forecasts, variance analysis, and trend reports. Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and profitability analysis. Data Management & Insights: Manage and maintain financial databases, dashboards, and reports. Extract insights from financial data to support business strategy and decision-making. Automation & Process Improvement: Implement automation tools to streamline financial reporting and reduce manual efforts. Work with ERP/CRM systems for efficient financial data management. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with company policies. Support internal audits, reconciliations, and tax-related reporting. MBA in Finance, or related field Key Skills & Qualifications: MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Experience with ERP/CRM tools for financial data management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights. Preferred Skills: Experience in automation of financial reporting. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and financial modeling. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
