Finance Executive Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive / Intern to join our Finance and Operations team. The role involves preparing reports, coordinating with the finance team, managing invoices, and performing reconciliation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for data updates and status tracking.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Perform account reconciliation and support in ledger verification.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and reporting gaps.
• Support audits and documentation for internal and external reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy across reports.

Skills & Qualifications

For Finance Executive (Full-time):

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or finance operations.
• Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
