Finance Executive

Role Overview: As a Finance Executive/Accountant for Producer Enterprise, your role will involve recording all accounting transactions in the ERP/accounting software, maintaining proper paperwork for financial transactions, monitoring actual vs. budgeted expenses, preparing financial statements, and assisting the finance manager in various tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Record all accounting transactions in the ERP/accounting software - Maintain proper paperwork for all financial transactions - Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenses - Keep all documents updated for auditors during audits - Prepare financial statements and handle closings - Assist the finance manager in preparing and submitting financial reports - Compile, review, and analyze forecasts - Review and suggest improvements to financial procedures - Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax agents - Review capital investments and suggest profitable opportunities - Ensure statutory compliance with relevant authorities - Submit Utilization Certificate to the Grant Donor - Implement financial strategies for growth - Suggest financial and IT tools for proper information management Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent Diploma in Commerce/Accounts/Finance - CA foundation/Intermediate preferred - Minimum 3 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience - Preference for candidates from agri-input industry, rural FMCG industry, or similar sectors dealing with farmers - Proficiency in English and Hindi Note: The company is focused on rural development and works closely with farmers.
