Roles and Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist in maintaining day-to-day financialtransactions, including data entry and ledger posting.
• 
  Support in preparation of vouchers (payment,receipt, and journal).
• 
  Help in reconciliation of bank statements andvendor/customer accounts.
• 
  Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders,and expense reports.
• 
  Maintain proper documentation of accountingrecords and files.
• 
  Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• 
  Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and otherstatutory compliance reports.
• 
  Coordinate with internal teams and vendors forinvoice clarification and payment processing.
• 
  Provide support during internal and externalaudits.
• 
  Perform any other accounting or administrativetasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 
  Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, orFinance (B.Com / M.Com)
• 
  Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MSExcel.
• 
  Familiarity with accounting software (e.g.,Tally,) is an added advantage.
• 
  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and numericalaccuracy.
• 
  Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-pacedenvironment.
