Responsibilities: Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and payment requests. Manage vendor inquiries and maintain accurate vendor records. Ensure timely payments, including handling checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments. Assist in month-end closing, including account reconciliations. Monitor and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment processes. Collaborate with internal teams for purchase order matching and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. Manage the reconciliation of general ledger accounts related to accounts payable. Ensure timely bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and resolving outstanding issues. Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate recording of transactions and compliance with accounting standards. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accounts payable and reconciliation tasks are completed on time. Requirements: Proven experience in accounts payable or similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
