Job Description

Job Title: AR Finance Executive.
Location:- NOIDA Sec 1.
Job Description: This entry-level position is ideal for anyone with 12 months of experience, particularly those with expertise in Excel.

Responsibilities:
Financial Data Entry and Analysis:
Accurately input financial data into the company's accounting/billing system.
Perform data verification and reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial records.
Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends and insights.

Excel Skills:
Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to organize and analyze financial data.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for various financial and revenue reports.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Ensure billing and revenue data entry compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of periodic revenue reports for management review.
Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support decision-making processes.

Communication and Collaboration:
Effectively communicate financial information to team members and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data.

Audit Support:
Assist in providing documentation and support during internal and external audits.
Participate in audit activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
