Our people love to grow with us :) Role - Finance Controller We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead our finance function, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will drive financial efficiency, optimize working capital, and implement strong internal controls while enabling business growth. Type -Full time Location - Parel/ Prabhadevi (5mins walking distance from station). Key Responsibilities - Financial Strategy Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Accounting Compliance: Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Ensure timely closure of books, financial reporting, and audits. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Cash Flow Working Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure financial health. Optimize credit terms and collections from enterprise clients. Ensure efficient treasury management and investment of surplus funds. Business Partnering Financial Analysis: Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and drive profitability. Analyze financial performance, margins, and key cost drivers. Support pricing, contracts, and new business models with financial analysis. Taxation Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and income tax filings. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. ERP Process Automation: Drive digital transformation in finance processes through ERP and automation tools. Ensure seamless integration of finance with other business functions. Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, or enterprise solutions. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Experience in working capital management and enterprise credit control. Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and ERP systems. High integrity, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
