Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller, located in Bengaluru. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and manage accounting processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, monitoring budgets, and supporting the organization in financial planning and strategy. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting and planning process.Monitor and analyze financial performance versus budget and forecasts.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.Compliance & AuditEnsure compliance with statutory requirements including direct and indirect taxes, company law, and other regulatory frameworks.Coordinate with internal and external auditors; ensure timely completion of audits.Maintain robust internal controls and financial governance.Cash Flow & Treasury ManagementManage cash flow planning, working capital, and liquidity requirements.Optimize utilization of funds and banking facilities.Oversee investments, debt management, and currency risk mitigation where applicable.Your Role at a Glance

Drive process automation and efficiency in financial operations.Ensure accurate accounting systems and maintenance.Maintain financial data integrity and implement continuous improvements in reporting processes.Leadership & CollaborationLead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and accountability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and growth.Serve as a financial advisor to the management team on strategic planning and decision-making.Required Skills And Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or controller role.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.Proven analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Skills And Qualifications
