Company Description We are hiring for a solar trading firm which is a part of a small conglomerate. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Finance Controller-Commodity Trading role located in Ghatkopar- Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, financial reporting, and accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis. More specifically the role holder is required to Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions. Manage inventory valuation and reconciliation to align with trading operations Optimize cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (multi state GST, Income Tax, TDS) and audit requirements. Qualifications Must have qualification- CA with 7+ years of experience in trading firms handling multi state GST Must have qualification- Hands on and thorough experience in managing/preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Experience in commodity trading or relevant industry (B2B, Industrial, Agri, other commodities) Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Show more Show less
