Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2700000 (ie INR 15-27 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: Delhi, GurgaonJobType: full-time

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and collections.
Prepare and publish accurate monthly financial statements and MIS reports on time.
Develop budgets and financial forecasts; monitor performance and report variances.
Oversee company investments, cash flow management, and optimize free cash reserves.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings.
Prepare and file GST returns, manage TDS reconciliations, and maintain vendor account reconciliations.
Administer ESOP programs, including share allocations, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance.
Lead financial audits, ensuring timely closure of books and statutory reports.
Manage legal and secretarial aspects related to finance operations.
Leverage ERP tools such as Tally to streamline and automate accounting processes.
Track and analyze financial performance of D2C and marketplace operations, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
