Role Overview: As an experienced EPM Solution Architect specializing in CCH Tagetik and Analytics Information Hub (AiH), you will be responsible for leading with both strategic and technical excellence. Your role will involve architecting scalable solutions, defining data architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, developing scripts and calculations, driving integration strategies, establishing best practices, mentoring team members, and optimizing performance. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and oversee the design of enterprise-grade solutions using CCH Tagetik, focusing on AiH - Define and govern data architecture, ETL pipelines, and Data Transformation Processes (DTPs) - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into technical roadmaps - Lead the development of TQL scripts, business logic, and advanced calculations - Drive integration strategies with external systems using Tagetik APIs and Data Management tools - Establish best practices for security, user provisioning, and access control within the Tagetik ecosystem - Mentor developers and consultants, ensuring alignment with architectural standards - Own performance optimization, deployment governance, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in EPM solution architecture, with a focus on CCH Tagetik and AiH - Deep expertise in AiH architecture, DTPs, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, TQL scripting, and data modeling - Proven experience in leading planning, budgeting, and forecasting implementations - Strong understanding of Tagetik deployment architecture, performance tuning, and infrastructure collaboration - Exposure to other EPM platforms (Hyperion, PBCS, TM1) is a plus - Exceptional stakeholder management, solution ownership, and team leadership capabilities Additional Details: You will report to Purushotam Choudhary, the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Leader responsible for all EPM products across the organization. This leadership role offers influence over solution design, delivery standards, and architectural governance. You will work in a strategic and collaborative environment, engaging with finance transformation leaders, data governance teams, and IT architects.
