Job Title: Finance and Operations Executive

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

Company: Dehcy Global – India Operations

 

About the Role:

Dehcy Global is hiring a Finance and Operations Executive to support accounting activities, marketplace financial tracking, inventory management, return-stock processing, and overall operational coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple digital tools and structured processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Finance & Accounting:

* Manage daily accounting entries, vendor payments, bills, and reconciliations.

* Maintain organised financial records, purchase documentation, and payment schedules.

* Assist with payroll preparation, attendance validation, and HR-related documentation.

* Work confidently across different accounting and workflow platforms.

 

Marketplace Accounting:

* Track sales, settlements, and deductions from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

* Reconcile marketplace reports with internal order records.

* Monitor returns, refunds, fees, commissions, and payment cycles.

* Maintain accurate marketplace MIS and highlight discrepancies proactively.

 

Inventory & Stock Management:

* Maintain daily inward and outward stock records for raw materials, POD blanks, and finished goods.

* Support cycle counts and prepare inventory summaries.

* Track stock movement across warehouse, production, and dispatch.

 

Return Inventory Management:

* Process returned items from marketplaces, customers, and internal teams.

* Categorise items as reusable, rework-required, damaged, or scrap.

* Maintain structured documentation for all return stock.

 

Operations & Coordination:

* Support procurement coordination, vendor follow-ups, and production updates.

* Prepare weekly and monthly MIS covering finance, inventory, and operations.

* Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to improving operational workflows.

 

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

* 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts, inventory, marketplace reconciliation, or operations.

* Comfort using various accounting, payroll, and workflow tools.

* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and documentation ability.

* Good communication and coordination skills.
