Job Title: Manager Finance & Accounts Experience: 7+ years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Permanent Working days: 5 Days Job Summary: Seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager with expertise in accounting, financial planning, and compliance. The role includes managing cash flow, taxation, reconciliations, and audit processes while coordinating with global teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare MIS packs and financial presentations for management review. Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis . Ensure end-to-end accounting in SAP across multiple global subsidiaries. Handle Forex, Hedging, and Treasury Management , ensuring liquidity. Manage vendor payments, receipts, and invoice allocations across currencies. Oversee ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and internal controls . Monitor aging reports, advances, and receivables management . Supervise fixed asset capitalization and depreciation runs . Key Skills: Strong accounting expertise (CA preferred). Proficiency in SAP FICO & MM, Advanced Excel . Analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills . Excellent organizational and communication abilities .
