Job Description

Job Title: Finance & Accounts Executive / Accountant - Only Female Candidates

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle
GST compliance
including preparation, filing and reconciliation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B) and ensure timely payment and reporting.
Manage
TDS calculations, filing of returns, and issuance of Form 16 / 16A
as per statutory timelines.
Prepare and file
Income Tax Returns (ITR)
for the company and assist in assessments and audits.
Maintain accurate books of accounts using
Tally Prime
including ledger posting, voucher entries, bank reconciliation, and financial statements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports
and MIS for management review.
Ensure compliance with applicable
Indian financial and taxation laws
.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as required.
Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow management.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory requirements.
Draft professional emails, reports, and compliance-related communication.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams for financial clarifications and follow-ups.
Support management with budgeting, expense control, and financial planning activities.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws
.
Hands-on experience with
Tally Prime
.
Excellent
oral and written communication skills
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting documentation.
