Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the support and maintenance of IBM FileNet P8 applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to FileNet Content Manager, Case Manager, and Business Process Manager. Perform FileNet system upgrades, patch installations, and performance tuning. Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of FileNet solutions. Work closely with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues. Automate processes using scripting (Shell, PowerShell, or Python) for system monitoring and log analysis. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base for system support. Support disaster recovery (DR) and backup strategies for FileNet applications. Work with vendors and IBM support to troubleshoot complex issues.
