Figma Designer

Role Overview: As a Figma Designer at the company based in Gurugram, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, your primary responsibility will be to transform ideas into user-friendly designs using the Figma platform. You will collaborate closely with various teams to develop visually appealing and intuitive digital experiences that meet our users" needs. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Figma to create and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Translate project requirements into effective design solutions in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. - Craft wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions. - Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and industry best practices. - Maintain and update design and component libraries in Figma for consistency and efficiency across projects. - Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance design processes continuously. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and contribute to design reviews. Qualification Required: - High proficiency in Figma demonstrated through a strong portfolio. - Solid grasp of user-centered design principles. - Effective collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities. - Attention to detail and a drive for creating outstanding user experiences. - Familiarity with Reactjs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are advantageous. - Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite is considered beneficial. Additional Company Details: Candidates for this role should hold a B. Tech, BCA, or MCA degree with a total of 3 years of experience, including 3-5 years of relevant experience. The annual CTC for this position can go up to 8 LPA, and a background in Healthcare IT is preferred.,
