1) Mobilization & Logistics: Arrange stay at Site, mark locations (Google Earth), coordinate JCB/tractor & site resources. 2) Field Testing & IS Compliance: Execute/supervise ERT, TRT, PLT, Pile Load, Trial Pit, Field CBR/Density as per IS; client coordination & records. 3) Flexibility & Driving: PAN‑India travel/relocation; confident car driving with valid license. 4) Professionalism: Clear communication & smart appearance.
