Atteding calls in field support hardware replacement of Dell Product Laptop and Desktop Key Responsibilities: Field Support: Attend and respond to field support calls promptly to resolve hardware issues. Hardware Replacement: Perform hardware replacements for Dell laptops and desktops efficiently and accurately. Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to diagnose and fix hardware problems. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.
