Job description:- Roles: -L1 OSS or Graduate Engineer-Freshers (3D Machine Vision) -L2 OSS Engineer (2 years years of experience in the high technology industry / factory automation industry working on various projects relating to their area of study—machine Machine Vision experience will be plus.) Location 1: Chennai, Sriperumbudur Location 2: Hyderabad, Kongara Kalan Park (KK Park)-501510 Experience: 1 to 2 years Joining Date: 30 Days Job Overview: Section I: Position Summary The on-site support engineers will support our client's largest customers by ensuring the smooth commissioning and operation of their production equipment. Activities include application testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance of automated production equipment, which incorporate s the Datasensor product line. Section II: Typical Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities Receiving technical training on the operation and setup of our customer’s production equipment. Specifically, how gocators are used within the system. ● Frequent visits to the customer's site to support production line commissioning at a technical level. ● Extended on-site monitoring and troubleshooting of production equipment. ● To learn and become proficient in the operation, characteristics, and performance of all Datasensor products. ● Build customer relationships through technical guidance and exceptional service. ● Stay up-to-date on the latest machine vision technology, to provide expert advice and guidance.) Section III: Education and Qualifications ●Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the high technology industry / factory automation industry working on various projects relating to their area of study—machine vision experience will be a plus. ●Minimum of1-2years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience. ●Strong working knowledge of industry standards and best practices in their discipline ●Wiring and setup, basic soldering skills) with demonstrated ability in past project accomplishments ●Problem-solving skills using a clear understanding of facts and implementation of test plans and solution strategies ●Solid interpersonal skills for proper function in a team environment Show more Show less
