Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Field Supervisor to oversee ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with subcontractors and workers, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards Manage and oversee subcontractors and construction crews Monitor project progress and report on milestones and issues Enforce safety protocols and conduct site safety meetings Ensure quality control and adherence to building codes and standards Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress logs Manage resource allocation and materials scheduling
