Role Overview:

Field Sales Executive

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective

  sales strategies

  to achieve business targets.
• Identify and pursue

  new customer leads

  through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver impactful

  sales presentations and proposals

• Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies.
• Maintain strong, long-term

  client relationships

  through regular follow-ups and support.
• Conduct

  market research

  to track trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
• Update and maintain customer information and pipeline status in the

  CRM system

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in

  field sales

  , preferably in

  transportation

• Strong

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Demonstrated ability to

  develop and execute sales strategies

  .
• Proficiency in using

  CRM tools

  and MS Office.
• Strong

  market research and analytical

  capabilities.
• Ability to work

  independently

  and as part of a

  collaborative team

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, Marketing

  , or a related field preferred.
• Valid

  two-wheeler and driving license

  is a plus.
