Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily work in pith beds, drying yards, and sieving units.
2. Check moisture levels, drying process, and quality of coco pith.
3. Allocate tasks to workers and ensure work is completed on time.
4. Ensure smooth feeding of raw materials and basic machine operation.
5. Oversee loading, unloading, packing, and storage work.
6. Maintain daily production records and report to the manager.
7. Ensure workers follow safety rules and wear PPE.
8. Coordinate with maintenance team for machine issues.
9. Keep the yard clean and monitor safe movement of vehicles.
10. Solve on-site problems and maintain smooth workflow.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience in coco pith/coco peat or similar yard operations (preferred).
2. Ability to supervise workers and manage daily tasks.
3. Basic knowledge of machines and moisture control.
4. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
