Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a CCTV Field Service Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The CCTV Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing and maintaining security products, including fixed & movable IP cameras, audio cameras, access control systems, and remote monitoring solutions. They will also troubleshoot network issues, provide technical support, and ensure the proper function of security equipment. Qualifications Experience in installing and maintaining security products Knowledge of IP cameras, access control systems, and monitoring solutions Technical troubleshooting skills Networking and structured cabling knowledge Certifications in networking or security systems (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Show more Show less
