. Manage & Monitor - ASP Network 2. Service Revenue and Customers Visit 3. Working Capital Management 4. Customer Management 5. Compliance Adherence Job Description:- The person will be handling the service revenue and service operations at the branch including installations & demonstration & Warranty/AMC service. The incumbent will be responsible for: 1. Revenue management through service offerings. Meeting with clients and helping branch to achieve the desired sales. 2. Coverage & Service Request Management of Branch territory through setting up and managing the ASP network 4. Optimizing Spares stock at Branch, Minimizing Category Stock and Distributor damaged stock. Visiting dealer and distributor and checking their claims and solution. 5. Ensuring Compliance on Service Policy 6. Complying to safety policy / norms 7. Managing customer expectations on Service and meeting their requirements. 8. Preparing service quotation and sending it to customers for PSP, HL, CH, ESS. 9. Field visits as per requirement for working capital management. Field visits will comprise 75% at customers, ASPs, and site visits and 25% in branch for service operations 10. Touring to upcountry location as per exigency and meeting the expectation of stake holders. 11. The person will be reporting to Service Manager – BBSR-Raipur branches and will operate from Raipur.
