Monalisa Group of Companies invites applications for the role of Field Service Engineer. Dear Candidate , we have an exciting opportunity with one of our reputed client for the position of Field Service Engineer. Job location : Bangalore, Coimbatore only ITI/ Diploma in electrical and electronics will be considered . Experience Required : Preferably 1 -3 years working experience in related domain ( Freshers can also apply ) Mode of Work : Field Qualification Required : ITI Certification Languages : English, Hindi, Kanada, Telugu. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for Installation and Commissioning of Coffee machines, Grinders and Blenders as per SOP. Attending of Warranty calls, breakdown calls & AMC / PMC visits Proper identification of root cause of the faults and rectifications / corrective actions Monthly Preventive Maintenance. Explaining the salient features and advantages of AMC to the customers and enrolment Updating Installation, Warranty, PMC and AMC service reports periodically Coordinating with Service executive/Manager for the required Spare Parts Basic and periodic training about the machines to the users.
