Employment Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for machinery and customer service? Join our growing team as a Field Service Engineer and play a key role in supporting our pharmaceutical clients across the region. Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and calibrate automatic capsule filling machines at customer sites.Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.Provide technical training and on-site support to operators and maintenance teams.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and implement corrective solutions.Document service visits, report issues, and follow up on service requests.Collaborate with the internal engineering and product support teams for escalations. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.2+ years of hands-on experience with capsule filling or pharmaceutical packaging machines.Strong knowledge of PLC systems, sensors, pneumatic circuits, and GMP compliance.Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
