Field Service Engineer

Job Description: You will be responsible for carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), Commissioning, and mandatory services of Case products in your assigned area. Additionally, you will render warranty services to machines within company guidelines, repair breakdown machines on-site with appropriate tools, and maintain Mean Time to Response & Restore (MTTR) as per company norms. Your role will also involve generating revenue streams in parts, service, and lubricants as per set targets, establishing key customer relationships through targeted contact management and on-site visits, collecting customer testimonials about product performance and after-sales support, conducting service camps, operator meets, and executing AMC services to machines under contract management. Key Responsibilities: - Restore equipments to achieve higher availability with optimal spares usage - Conduct fault finding, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all CASE products - Reduce equipment breakdown period through continuous monitoring and alerting customers before potential problems arise - Manage all after-sales service activities in the assigned area - Provide support for equipment repair and troubleshooting - Maximize customer retention through quality service - Submit technical reports with accurate analysis and photos - Share information about competition machines - Generate leads for machine sales during service activities - Educate and train customers and operators during visits About the Company: CNH Industrial is a global leader in agriculture and construction, dedicated to driving customer efficiency and success through innovative solutions.
