Job Description

As a Service Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for servicing analytical instruments in pharmaceutical production environments. Your role will involve performing calibrations, handling installations and breakdown services, and supporting senior engineers in various technical activities. You will also be required to travel to different pharmaceutical company sites in Ahmedabad for service tasks, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform calibration of analytical field instruments such as NVPC, LPC, GIT, FIT, etc. - Handle installation, commissioning, and breakdown service for instruments. - Support senior engineers in on-site projects and technical activities. - Travel across Ahmedabad to various pharmaceutical company sites for service tasks. - Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to service standards. Qualifications: - Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical, ECE, or Control & Instrumentation. Experience Required: - Minimum 1 year and up to 5 years in analytical instrument servicing or pharma-related technical roles. Skills Required: - Strong technical knowledge of analytical instruments. - Understanding of pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations. - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Ability to learn, troubleshoot, and work independently. In addition to the above requirements, you will be expected to meet the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Independently perform NVPC calibrations within 3 months of joining. - Independently perform VPC calibrations within 3 months. - Understand the working principles of all company instruments within 3 months. - Knowledge of pharma guidelines and regulatory norms. Working Conditions: - Travel within 100 km by Bus, Train, or Bike for service activities. - Carry calibration kits during travel and onsite jobs. - Availability to work during late nights or holidays in case of critical service requirements.
