Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients and customers to promote One Health Assist's healthcare solutions and services. Daily tasks include identifying and generating new leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the sales process from initiation to closure, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience. The role requires effectively communicating the value and benefits of One Health Assist's offerings while achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales Operations to drive successful sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and influencing decisions to encourage product/service adoption.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and consistently achieving results in a competitive environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in field sales, particularly in healthcare, wellness services, or related industries, is an advantage.
  • Adaptability and resilience to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven role.
