The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our auto part components to customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell auto part components to new and existing customers in the assigned territory. Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. Manage and build relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings. Provide feedback and insights to the product team for improvements and customer requirements. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. Track sales performance, manage pipeline, and report progress to senior management. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of products and services. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys auto parts product line and stay updated with industry trends. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry. Education: Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
