Job Description – Field Sales Representative

Company: Lexbax India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ambala Cantt / Pan India (as per requirement)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote company products, generate new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for visiting distributors, hospitals, labs, wholesalers, and other potential clients to expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential customers in the assigned territory (distributors, wholesalers, labs, hospitals, government suppliers, traders, etc.).
  • Visit customer locations daily to pitch products and create new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads received through IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, or internal CRM.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Present and demonstrate products effectively, focusing on features, benefits, and product quality.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals with proper documentation.
  • Promote new launches, offers, and schemes to customers.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain communication through calls, visits, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle issues professionally.

4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Gather competitor information: pricing, new products, promotions, market trends.
  • Provide daily visit reports, sales updates, and customer feedback to the management.
  • Maintain proper records of orders, payments, and dispatch follow-ups.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order dispatch and delivery status.
  • Work closely with accounts, marketing, and operations teams for smooth business flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Medical/Pharma/Lab equipment industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build good customer relationships.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM).

Education

  • Graduate in any stream (Science background preferred but not mandatory).

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Sunday Off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
