Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive Agent located in Ludhiana East. The Sales Executive Agent will engage with customers to promote and sell HDFC ERGO's range of insurance products. Key responsibilities include generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring comprehensive product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar roles
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management and client servicing expertise
• Proficiency in market research and identifying potential leads
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with insurance products is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
