Job Description

A Field Sales Representative (also called an Outside Sales Representative) is responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, and closing deals in person. * They represent a company and its products/services to potential and existing clients, typically operating outside a traditional office setting. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Building Relationships: Developing rapport with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and goals. * Sales Presentations: Delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings and solutions. * Closing Deals: Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to secure sales. * Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales quotas. * Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Territory Management: Maintaining records of leads, accounts, and sales activity within their assigned territory. * Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. * Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. * Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working with marketing, product development, and other departments to support sales efforts. * Tamil candidates only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,575.28 - ₹29,625.62 per month Benefits: Food provided Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
