We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence. Job Summary: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products/services in the field. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products/services. Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of the local market and existing network of contacts.
