Job Title: Field Sales Representative Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Reports To: Sales Manager Job Type: Full-Time JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintain client relationships and representing our brand professionally in the field. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES Visit prospective and existing clients to promote and sell products. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales visits, client communication and sales pipeline. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in field sales. Good communications, negotiations and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel. PREFFERED QUALIFACTIONS Graduation Minimum experience 3 years.
