Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Induction Heaters (Plastic Industry) Location: Surat, Gujarat, India (with travel across assigned territories) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a leading provider of advanced induction heating solutions tailored for the plastic manufacturing sector. Our innovative products are designed to enhance efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and improve product quality. As we expand our footprint, we seek a dynamic Field Sales Representative to drive our growth in the region. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients in the plastic manufacturing industry. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate induction heating solutions. Sales & Business Development Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Market Analysis & Reporting Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Collaborate with the technical team to relay customer requirements and feedback. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years in field sales, preferably within the plastic manufacturing or industrial equipment sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical products and convey their benefits effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Other Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid driver's license. Compensation Structure Basic Salary: Provided upon achieving a predefined minimum sales target. Commission: 3% on sales amounts exceeding the minimum target. Travel Allowance: Will be provided as actual. This structure is designed to reward high performers and offer unlimited earning potential based on sales achievements. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
