🚨URGENT HIRING 🚨 Company: Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited 💼Role Field Officer Sales (FOS) 🔎Role Overview As a Field Officer – Sales (FOS) at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, you will be responsible for promoting life insurance plans through direct field engagement. This customer-facing role focuses on identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. You will play a vital part in growing our customer base, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s expansion in the region. 📍Location CHENNAI - GOPALAPURAM (On-Site) 📋Responsibilities Promote and sell life insurance plans to customers in the assigned territory. Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals. Explain product features, benefits, and suitability to customers. Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the company. Ensure timely collection of documents and follow-ups for policy issuance. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. 📆Experience >6 Months 🎓Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th/HSC pass. At least 6 months of field sales experience (preferably in BFSI sector). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English – ability to read, write, and speak clearly and effectively. ✨Additional Skills (Optional) Ability to communicate in the local language. Prior familiarity with life insurance, term plans, ULIPs, or investment-linked products. Negotiation Skills.
