Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Officer to join our team in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Delhi - NCR. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in direct sales, distributor sales, or field sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Building new retailers and distributors networks in specific territories.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing retailers.
Educating clients about the company's upcoming services and special offers.
Conducting market surveys and analysis.
Focusing on company promotions and brand building.
Maximizing profitability by daily addition of retailers and distributors.
Collecting images of daily shop visits and submitting weekly reports on target achievements and feedback.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
Strong skills in direct sales, distributor sales, or field sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with financial services, banking, investments, insurance, stock market, or loan products is an added advantage.
