Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Officer to join our team in Sector 14, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct field visits to retailers and distributors to promote products and build relationships.
Collect orders and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Provide daily reports and updates to the supervisor on sales performance and market trends.
Ensure proper visibility and product availability at retail outlets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline such as B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, BDS, or B.Sc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage industry is preferred.
Familiarity with daily reporting and sales analytics is desirable.
Experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage industry, is an advantage.
