Job description Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Field Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to join our EPV Business Sales team. This role is crucial for planning and managing Below-the-Line (BTL) campaigns, generating leads and inquiries through various channels, and executing local ground activation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer-facing businesses and be adept at analyzing and improving lead generation mechanisms. Job Description: Local Ground Activation Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage local ground activation campaigns and promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate with local teams and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution. Lead Generation and Management: Analyze lead sources and generation mechanisms at the local level to manage and optimize the sales pipeline. Develop and implement localized marketing plans and campaigns based on lead generation data. Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness and lead generation systems. Generate periodic reports and summaries on campaign performance and lead metrics for the sales and business teams. Local Market Strategy: Create and execute marketing strategies and promotions tailored to the specific region. Monitor local market trends and adjust strategies to improve business performance. Reporting and Insights: Periodically present findings and actionable insights to the Sales Head. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of campaign results and lead generation activities. Job Requirements: Education: Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in field marketing, lead generation, or a similar role with a focus on BTL campaigns and consumer-facing businesses. Skills: Strong professional knowledge of marketing strategies and lead generation techniques. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to drive business decisions. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
